Common questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open the iPhone Settings app → tap your name → Subscriptions → RewardEd → Cancel. Your access continues until the end of the billing period.

How does the free trial work?

All plans include a 7-day free trial. You won't be charged until day 8, and you can cancel anytime before then at no cost.

How do I open the Parent Zone?

Tap the shield icon at the top of the home screen, then pass the Parent Gate (Face ID/Touch ID, or solve the math problem).

How do reward minutes work?

Your child earns reward minutes by completing lessons. You decide in Settings what those minutes can be spent on — tablet time, family activities, or supervised YouTube Kids.

How do I delete my child's data?

Open Parent Zone → there's a delete-data option. All data is stored only on your device, so deleting it removes it completely.
